Latest Projects!

A couple of weeks ago my husband bought me a new camera, a Nikon D80, that weekend we took a trip to a local river and the beautiful water fall they have there, so that I could play. Of course this was actually a warm day (thankfully) and the kids were in the mood to let me take a few pictures. This first one is of my son Levi, it's hard to believe how grown up he has become. Today is his 6th birthday and I wanted a cute, simple, grown up layout and this one fit the bill perfectly. It came from Sketches! {by tamara} and I knew immediately when I saw it that it would be perfect. I just love these sketches and the simplicity of them. Products used: (All CTMH product unless stated otherwise) Stardust Paper Packet, Friendship alpha stamp, Textured cutouts, Holiday Craft Buttons, Bamboo and Moonstruck C/S, & Rubber Brayer with Moonstruck ink (done in a curved motion along edges).

This second layout comes from Reflections, Main Frame, Wrap Around, by Close To My Heart. The paper used is Creative Basics Emporium Collection, My Acrylix Be True and misc on hand ribbon and letters.

Of course this is another picture I took that day at the falls, can you tell just how much attitude my four year old has? This picture shows it wonderfully, I can't wait to do the layout with all of the pictures we took that day. It's my next project, wish me luck.
